Classic Miso Tahini Dressing // Bowls Bowls Bowls (Recipe!)

Eating your meal from a plate is soooo 2015. Not only is it more fun (our opinion of course...) to eat from a bowl, it is also a great way to give your meals an artistic flair, make them more visually appealing (after all- digestion starts with the eyes, right?!), and also pack in the variety through different ingredient pairings, sauces, and garnishes. If you're an Instagram user (and if so please join us!) you've likely noticed that there is a huge smoothie bowl trend running rampant on pretty much every foodie's IG feed, however it doesn't end there. Bowls can be savory too, involving a combination of greens, raw or steamed vegetables, grains, legumes, sea vegetables, nuts and seeds, sprouts, and yummy sauces to kick the flavor into high gear. This style of bowl is often called a "Macrobiotic Bowl", "Buddha Bowl", or even "Dragon Bowl". They are filling, highly satisfying, and great for the colder months when the body craves more substantial nourishment.
Here is our current favorite recipe complete with a Miso Tahini Dressing made with our luscious, creamy-dreamy stone ground Dastony Sesame Tahini and a sprinkling of mega nutrient-packed Veggimins Amazing Algae. Enjoy!
